</p><p>This week I have been making latte from Caffe Fresco&#8217;s Black Hand blend.  This is one of my favorite blends from Tony Sciandra&#8217;s coffee roaster based in Pennsylvania.  According to Tony, this is a Sicilian blend &#8220;a land where evening breezes are charged with fragrances from citrus trees. A place where kitchens are filled with aromas of wine and tables are adorned with nuts and figs.&#8221;</p>
<p>Black Hand has a smooth nutty with a mild chocolate undertone.  I used 15.8 oz freshly grind from my Macap M4 in my Mini Vivaldi II.  I will have review of my coffee equipment at a later date.</p>
